SAP consultancies & employers in and around Zürich

SAP consultancies, recruiters and companies with their own SAP teams in the Zürich area, Winterthur, Aargau and beyond. Combine filters for distance, specialty, SAP product and industry, then copy the result straight into Excel. Each firm also has two estimated scores: how hard it is to get hired there, and how much German you need, a motivating match score for each firm, and a ready-to-send application email for Huanhuan Zhou (SAP S/4HANA SD/MM/PP/QM, Ariba).

In-house SAP employers are companies that run SAP themselves and hire SAP consultants for their own team (found through current SAP job ads on Swiss job boards, SAP Quality Award winners and SAP partner references; entries marked “Uses SAP” have ads that ask for SAP skills but no open SAP consultant role right now). In Thalwil I found no SAP consultancies or SAP employers with current openings. How to read the scores. All three scores are relative: they rank the companies against each other, so the lowest is about 70, most sit around 80–90 and the best reach about 94. They are not probabilities; higher simply means a better starting point for Huanhuan. The match score combines four things: how well the company’s SAP work fits her modules (SD, MM, PP, QM, Ariba, SCM/logistics, S/4HANA; up to 50), how easy it is to get hired (up to 20), whether her German level is enough (up to 20; based on her German level A1.2), and distance from Zürich (up to 10). Companies with no open SAP role right now lose a few points. Chance to get in and language fit are my own estimates, not data from the companies. The chance score weighs firm size and how often it hires, how selective it is (Big Four, Horváth and SAP itself are the hardest), and whether it is a one-person shop that rarely hires at all. Recruiters score high because they place you with their clients rather than hire you themselves. The language-fit score weighs who the clients are (Swiss SMEs, cantons and hospitals work in German), the language of the firm’s job ads, and how international the team is (Indian and global integrators often run in English). Treat them as a starting point and check each job ad; SAP roles facing Swiss clients usually value German even at international firms.

Product and industry tags are derived from each company’s own description, so they show what a firm emphasises, not everything it can do.
